Through mentorship, education support, job training, and life skills development, we guide youth toward independence, purpose, and success. Violence Prevention & Intervention

Mentorship, conflict resolution workshops, and restorative justice programs equip young men with the skills to make safe and productive
choices.

Reentry and 2nd Chance Support

We reduce recidivism by guiding youth reentering the community with
mentorship, case management, and job placement support.

Career and Workforce Development

Through job readiness training, trade school partnerships, resume and
interview prep, and programs like Job Corps, we prepare youth for
meaningful employment.

Education & Financial Literacy

We help youth access education programs and teach practical money
management skills, from budgeting to bank account setup.

Housing & Basic Needs Support

Transitional housing, resource connections, and basic needs assistance ensure youth have the stability required to focus on growth and long-term success.
