What We Do

Why Our Work Matters

Youth violence continues to be one of the most pressing challenges facing our communities. Many young people, especially those aging out
of group homes or the juvenile system, lack stable support systems, positive role models, and access to education or career opportunities.
Without intervention, these youth face higher risks of homelessness, incarceration, and poverty.

HYME addresses these challenges head-on. Through mentorship, education, job training, and life skills programs, we provide youth
with the guidance and resources needed to break cycles of violence and create a better future—for themselves, their families, and their
communities.
